Ordered cookware online, paid for it, and planned to pick it up at the local store to save on shipping charges. Went to pick it up about 3 or 4 days later, not even in the computer yet.
Lady looked at my receipts for walmart.com and paypal, and said paypal or whatever that is, is probably the problem. Called 10 days later, still nothing. Can't go into the store, and pick a box off the shelf and use my receipt...that would send the entire store into mayhem! I literally have to wait until a box arrives intended to fill my order, no matter how long that takes.
Will never order from them again. (Still do not have my "paid for" cookware)
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $89.
I liked: Prices.
I didn't like: Customer service, Service, Management, Lack of stock, Long waits.
