ordered my merchandise three weeks go, the entire time when I tracked the order on their website, it showed it was in transit, after two weeks of not received merchandise, I called wal and ask where the merchandise was and when I would be able to pick up the merchandise at the local Wal mart, I was given a firm date, the date the merchandise was supposed to to be ready to pick up, I called the internet site at the store, no merchandise arrived, the manager of the store got involved and found the merchandise was never in stock at the time of order, however they charged my credit card the day of the order, no apology-nothing.
