Okay so sears has the game on sale for 7.98, i check online they had it in stock but my browser (firefox) wasnt showing pictures because i had close to no bars in store.I tell her it wasnt showing them because of the connection but chrome is but it just wont show the instock area.

She said no cant do it.

The guy trying to help me before just told the lady "you do it im tired of this" the old lady didnt even bother checking all she wanted to do was see a picture of the item!It was the worst customer service ever!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

I didn't like: Customer service, Lack of stock, Service, Long waits, Management, Price matching was false.

Had an Experience with Walmart?

Why, yes, you're an ***!You want someone to match something, yet you show nothing to MATCH to!?

You're ridiculous!

You said, yourself, that you could not produce a photo. You have a computer, you have the internet, yet you can't plan/think ahead (especially with something that takes up your valuable time) and look up a company's policy?!

GOOGLE!

It's not that hard!

http://corporate.walmart.com/policies/our-online-price-match-policy "Our customers must provide the online price and retailer" "The item must be currently in-stock at the online retailer’s website at the time the request for the price match is made" Learn to read, learn to use the internet, learn to do some research before shopping, and know where you shop. Why shop at a time when places are closing?

Electronics closes at ten. After that, you are stuck with an overnight crew which consists of lazy people who don't care.

This really sounds like it's just your problem. How the *** are they going to price match, if you give them nothing to "match" to?

Yes, the customer service sucks, but still, you suck as a customer if you are wanting a "price match", yet you just seem like you are quoting a random price off the top of your head. That's not exactly matching, is it?

What YOU could do to help the situation, is look up a number to a local Sears store before you get to Wal-Mart and ask them if they can call Sears to verify the price difference, and then try to get the price match.

I suck as a customer?***!

I was nice the entire time and I showed them links more than enough times, they can't call sears past 10 because it's closed it's not my fault walmart doesn't hire people that know what *** firefox is..you could at least have someone that knows more about electronics working there.

Knowing about Firefox has nothing to do with your complaint. They have to see a picture of the item to be sure that it is the exact item you are trying to match in their store.

Its not the stores problem that you can't get a signal, you should have printed off the ad and brought it with you. They are not required to price match any itemsight unseen.

Yes, you're an ***!You just said yourself that your browser wasn't showing pictures!

It sounds like your problem! What are you expecting them to price match if you can't prove that someone else has the product cheaper?

Again, it seems as if you are randomly quoting prices! You're on a freaking computer, you have the internet, yet you can't think ahead, plan ahead, and just look up a store's policy?! You're a ridiculous customer!

Why do something (that's going to save some of your valuable time) without just the slightest bit of research first? Shop at a better time.
