I ordered my son the Better Homes and Gardens Kane loft bed. First of all, when the package arrived it was severely damaged and the wood of the bed dented. Upon further examination, it turns out, its an entirely different bed than I ordered. I call to exchange it and the bed I originally bought is now out of stock. So I ask for my money back. They will only refund the credit card that the item was bought from. Well as luck would have it, I had since switched banks. So now I am stuck with a damaged bed I didnt order and no money either. Corporate wasnt my big help either. Best option I received was that I have until end of September to return or exchange when in stock. TRUE SHAME! I have never experienced such a lack or concern for their customers. NEVER AGAIN!!! Shameful atrocity.
