On my first order, I told the staff that something seemed wrong. I took the glasses back around 2 weeks later.

The manager said that the prescription was turned to around 10:00 on the dial. Reorder. Glasses are better, but now the right lense is off. I was told to wear them for 2 weeks because my eyes needed to adjust to the prescription.

Why didn't my eyes need 2 weeks between each lense during my vision appointment? I heard another staff member say the same thing to another client. I don't believe anything they say.

I told the staff that they will be responsible if I, or anyone that reads this, gets in an auto accident.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
