Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1) we placed order for tv and it not delivered in time.

2)they made wrong promises that they give us 50 percent discount because of the delay..

3)they made wrong promises 3 times..

4)finally they told they cant do anything..and they gonna cancel our order because of back-ordered...

5.we waited for almost 20 days for our tv....

6. we missed offers in all websites....they lied to me..and disappointed me...why they r doing like dat..y they hurting their customers..we didn't do any mistakes about order..we r doing jobs and we have not so much time ...but we spent almost 10 hours by speaking with them...its very very very bad.....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: To never shop at walmart again.
